While working with all kinds of businesses focused on achieving operational excellence, I've also learned a lot myself. I’ve worked with retailers, service professionals, franchises, and software companies to help them all improve their profitability by way of doing great work with integrity. I’m always collecting examples of proven successes and sharing everything I’ve learned or experienced. Not by wanting but by doing, I’ve found my niche. It’s a position I call Human Resources Interventionist. I help owners and managers destroy barriers to help their team reach their personal potential. We get brutally transparent, crystal clear with improvement plans, and we follow up like crazy. I love working with people to define, execute, and achieve success. I love knowing that I made a positive impact in the business and in their lives.
