WE ARE ON A MISSION Founded by two individuals with a joint passion for creativity and excellence and a shared frustration over big agency bullshit, Victoria Reddington and Richard Mayfield were an unlikely paring on the surface – the Agency Alumni and the Corporate Bigwig – but shared an unshakeable belief that there is another way to run an agency, a better way. They founded IDEAS+Stories with a clear mission in mind; to deliver MORE than just awesome branding (although we do cool stuff too, honest). To answer the ‘what next?’ question, to go beyond the branding and deliver kick ass content that’s fit for purpose, to the right audience for our clients, across the right channels. Together, the collective specialisms of our Founders and the whole IDEAS+Stories team mean we can advise you on what marketing activity will work and why – without bias and with a balanced creative and business view. And we’ll do it without the ‘fluff’ and pointless marketing jargon. OUR 3 GUIDING PRINCIPLES: 1. PROUDLY THE SLOWEST GROWING AGENCY IN LEEDS. We only work with a small hand-picked number of clients at any one time. Every client gets a personal service and each and every client project will be overseen by one of our Founders. 2. WE ONLY WORK WITH COMPANIES WE BELIEVE IN (TRUE STORY). If you don’t like creatives that fight tooth and nail for their clients, you won’t like us. We are the brand creators, guardians and champions of every client we work with. 3. ZERO ‘FLUFF’. MAXIMUM IMPACT. We don’t use loads of words when a few will do.
