Founded in 1995 and based in France, IDEM PER IDEM Consultants is one of the oldest French firms to specialize in cultural change. We work for CAC 40 Companies in the fields of energy, electricity, construction, automobile, distribution, luxury, as well as in practically every bank and insurance company in the country, as well as many French and International Law firms. As experts in Leadership and Multi Cultural Governance, our mission is to develop organisations to ensure better performance in a global economic context of crisis and international growth. Services provided by IDEM PER IDEM are tailored to our clients, taking into account their specific corporate culture, their values and Management style, as well as their particular leadership style. IDEM PER IDEM has developed an original Methodology and all of its tools, such as the Identity TriangleTM and 45 others that are filed at INPI. Our team has produced 9 books on cultural change and leadership, published by Editions d’organisation and Editions Progressor in 2003-2017. Among them is « Leadership au féminin » by Eléna Fourès, published in 2010, still considered to be among 2 of the best on the subject. Our R&D, produces innovative approaches to create training modules and mentoring programs whose efficiency is evaluated by our client at around 97%. We are multicultural and can intervene in 6 languages with senior executives in individual formats, or with groups. We provide services in the following formats: conferences and theme Workshops, training, individual or group coaching, Mentoring, consulting and supervision in the field. We provide services at a distance in China, the USA, Latin America, and face to face in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
