iDenca a sister company of Denca Controls Ltd is a Marking Systems integrator (specializing in laser marking solutions) based in Widnes though we operate across the UK and have undertaken overseas work for our clients. iDenca was established in 2012 (previously the laser division of Identisys Ltd. est. 1995) and we currently employ 10 people across Engineering, Design, Software and Administration. We offer a complete Marking, Vision, Product Traceability service covering: - Bespoke Laser marking systems, standalone or production line integrated. Vision solutions for part identification and location finding or code read and verification (1D, 2D, OCR). Software Design to integrate product data for full part traceability through the entire production process and beyond. Technical solutions for component handling systems to ensure that marking and reading phases are carried out in the most time effective manner. Advice and technical support in relation to Laser Safety. Commissioning & Start-up support. All of the services above are carried out using in house capabilities, we also utilise the extensive experience of our sister company Denca for Electrical/PLC Cabinet design and build services with whom we share offices. Together with our sister company we are active in a wide spectrum of industry including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical, FMCG, Utilities (water & power) etc. We currently have an installed base of ten label marking system across all Jaguar Land Rover UK sites producing labels set’s for most of the company’s vehicle lines. Denca are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 18001 accredited, Investor in People, NICEIC & Safecontractor. Our operatives hold appropriate training certificates SCATS/COMPEX/2391/PASMA etc.
