What is IHI? Identity Hoops International is a Christ centered, non-denominational, non-profit, basketball organization built on the exchanged life Christ gave us through the new covenant. (Gal 2:20) IHI is all about using the platform of basketball to give athletes and others the opportunity to encounter the living Christ. To realize who He is and who He has created them to be. Why IHI? At IHI we believe that when people realize who they are in Christ they will experience the peace and love of God that surpasses all understanding. We are not a religion driven organization, rather we trust and follow who Christ is in us. We utilize our love of basketball to help players, coaches, and fans, not only know who Christ is, but also allow them to experience Christ in us as we love and serve. How? This is accomplished in a variety of ways, but our main focus is in these areas: • International and Stateside Tours • Player Development (Spiritual, Physical and Relational) • Providing avenues for players to pursue their dreams • Building high trust relationships with coaches • Partnering with local churches and mission organizations to provide camps and clinics for kids. • Team Times with Bible study and the sharing of stories *We do all of this by providing a safe place for leaders and influencers to experience God’s grace by trusting Him and others with themselves.
