About IDM Partners

IDM Partners (IDM) is a leading program and project management organisation, specialising in the delivery of infrastructure projects in the energy, oil and gas, water and utilities, roads and transport, telecommunications and mining and resources sectors. At present, close to $10 billion in programs are being delivered by over 60 of IDM’s talented and committed professionals in ten project offices across Australia. The IDM structure is project delivery oriented and operates on project-specific structures that vary depending on the scope of work of the project, the nature of the engagement and the phase of the project. The success of IDM is underpinned by the utilisation of the whole-of-life project execution methodology, known as the Project Execution Framework. IDM is accredited to ISO 9001 for the provision of project management, infrastructure development and management consultancy services. These services range from developing initial project concepts, through feasibility assessment, delivery planning, approvals, and on to procurement, construction and commissioning of major projects. IDM has recently been awarded the AIPM's 2014 National Project Management Achievement Award for "Project of the Year". This follows IDM winning the Queensland division "Project of the Year" and "Construction/Engineering Project in Excess of $100,000,000". IDM was recognised for its outstanding success in program management for the delivery of the Department of Transport and Main Roads' $6.9bn Transport Network Reconstruction Program.
