The Idonational system is a technological platform, secure and innovative, to create an international community, offering a solution for chronic kidney patients with a medical recommendation for a kidney transplant for whom no donor has been found, by means of cross-donating between couples in accordance with the laws of medical ethics. The idea behind the company is to create a connection between couples (whose are not compatible) waiting for a kidney transplant in Israel and the USA with compatible couples in the country or in a crossover between countries, thus increasing the chance of a transplant and shortening the waiting time to find a donor. The couples who are found to be compatible will be referred to hospitals in Israel and the USA for further medical treatment to perform the transplant.
