About IEC Northern Ohio
IEC Northern Ohio is a non-profit association representing independent electrical contractors in the greater Cleveland area. Established in 1964 as the Northern Ohio Electrical Contractors Association (NOECA), the organization became affiliated with the national Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) network nearly three decades ago.
