About IED Barcelona

Since 1966, the ISTITUTO EUROPEO DI DESIGN operates in academic training for the disciplines of Design, Fashion, Visual Communication and Management for Creative Industries in its campuses in Milan, Rome, Turin, Venice, Madrid, Barcelona, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. IED BARCELONA campus is in the district of Gràcia, it covers 5000 m² and every year draw nearly 1,000 students from more than 80 different countries and since 2002 has become as one of the most important schools in design training, with the recognition as School of Higher Studies in Design, offering Undergraduate Degrees in Product, Interior, Fashion and Graphic Design, in addition to university diplomas (IED Diplomas) and BA (Hons) validated by the University of Westminster, masters, and professional and summer specialization courses. IED BARCELONA MASTER is the advanced training school of excellence, innovation and transversality and its programs are conceived to respond to the need of a continuous training to access an increasingly demanding and changing professional market. This educational path combines a cultural context with transversal knowledge and a theoretical and practical specialization, integrating theoretical contents from course lectures with practical knowledge from workshops and visits to companies. They are designed to provide a high quality training experience to give an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
