About IFM Community Medicine
IFM Community Medicine (formerly Institute for Family Medicine) is a St. Louis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening underserved communities, one patient at a time. IFM improves health and quality of life for disadvantaged children and families by reducing access barriers and delivering quality healthcare services. Operating at 18 community-based clinics throughout St. Louis, we partner with schools, shelters and other social service organizations to deliver health care to disadvantaged and medically underserved populations at already trusted points of service in their communities.
