IFSHUR - SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS Ifshur was established to assist individuals in dealing with life changes and transitions through structured and proven coaching processes based on research, established methodologies and personal experience. The company offers solutions for a variety of life situations that involve change in the personal, familial and professional spheres. Ifshur was established by Talma Maestro, who holds a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution and Public Administration, a Master's degree in Microbiology and accreditation in mediation and coaching. She has personally felt the difficulties of adapting to new countries as a child, when she relocated constantly with her parents and had to cope with being a foreigner and the need to learn a new language, make new friends and create a new position for herself each time anew. Following a successful career in marketing with internationalpharmaceutical companies, she made a personal transition to focus on a subject she is intimately familiar with – developing the human ability to successfully deal with transitions and new beginnings.
