Neben diversen Preisen waren die Veröffentlichung der ersten Gemeinwohlbilanz und des selbst entwickelten „Handbuchs des gemeinwohlorientierten Bauens“ im Jahr 2021 die größten Meilensteine. The projects realized include residential and office projects as well as contemporary cafés and bouldering facilities. In addition to various awards, the publication of the first common good balance sheet and the self-developed "Handbook of Building for the Common Good" in 2021 were the biggest milestones.
