I’m Kimberly Prentiss, founder of Ignite Change, a PROSCI-certified change practitioner, certified Intelligent Leadership (IL), Organizational Development and NLP coach, and DiSC-certified facilitator with an M.S. in Communications Management. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked inside organizations of all sizes through every kind of change: business transformation, cultural reinvention, executive transitions, and hypergrowth.
