ignite coaching we believe that our purpose is to provide personalized coaching and education that allows our clients to redefine their relationship with physical exercise, nutrition and motivation in order to provide a higher overall quality of life. we believe that coaching is an investment, not a luxury. just as you would hire an instructor to teach you how to play an instrument so too should you hire a coach to help you optimize your fundamentals. we believe that the difference between ignite and the other trainers, nutritionists/dietitians, and sport specific coaches out there is our philosophy and implementation practices. you already know what you should be doing to lose weight or get in better shape, but you lack the motivation to make it happen. ignite will teach you how to do it and how to keep doing it for long term success. ignite philosophy we believe in the fundamentals: eat, move, sleep, and meditate. in order to lead an optimal life, you must do these things well and consistently. we believe in the power of motivation, habit, incremental growth, and willpower. the struggle is real. we believe you either win or learn. and most importantly... we believe in grit and we define grit as being intensely passionate and intensely persistent.
