About Ignite Film Festival

‘Ignite’ is a celebration of creativity through film. Nothing excites us more than seeing films that surprise us and show us things that we have never seen before. We love the non-conforming, the extraordinary – the films that dare to do things that others won’t. We are excited to welcome independent films produced around the globe – films that showcase diverse creativity from every culture. Every summer we invite filmmakers and film fans to join us for our fantastic schedule of selected independent films - as well as other exciting features such as VR demos and insightful networking sessions. In addition to this we give attendees the opportunity to put their questions to some of the selected filmmakers during our exclusive Q&A sessions. A perfect opportunity for filmmakers and film lovers to engage directly. The annual Ignite Film Festival is closed out by a lavish gala awards night in our unique location. Expect red carpets, black ties, glamorous gowns, champagne, awards and celebrations, closely followed by networking and celebrating for as long as you can manage it.
