Let's face it, life is hard. The team at Ignite Wellbeing provides solutions to address causes and symptoms of chronic stress and burnout using Mind Body Medicine based tools. Customized workshops, webinars, or small skills groups are used to share practical techniques for self-care, wellbeing, and support. Whatever avenue is chosen, we guide our business or individual clients toward wellbeing by discussing the science and practicing skills to demonstrate the connection between mind, body, and spirit. We are not counselors but trained humans passionate about sharing tools that can change lives. Through our offerings, our clients learn how to be fully aware of their thoughts, feelings and emotions by experiencing skills such as: meditation; guided imagery; expression through drawings, movement and words; and many more. Our facilitators are trained and certified through The Center for Mind Body Medicine, a long-established non-profit based in Washington DC led by Dr. James Gordon, MD. Often people make real shifts when they realize that they have learned skills that will be with them the rest of their lives. From teachers to caregivers, nonprofits to law firms, our ideal clients are those who are interested in finding ways to ease the impact of stress or starting/enhancing a journey to better care for themselves.
