About IHM Media Group

HM stands for International House Movement and was formed to achieve that very aim. As IHM founder Scott Glass explains, “We wanted to start an organization where artists can move around internationally to gain more exposure, share ideas and influence one another… like an international house movement. We were having a hard time finding a name that communicated that clearly. Then one day we stopped and wrote down what we wanted to do and there it was right in front of us the whole time: International House Movement.” The spring of 2011 saw IHM promote a series of successful events in a dozen cities across Canada as well as establishing presences in Barcelona, Ibiza and the Dominican Republic. New opportunities in half a dozen European countries as well as numerous regions in North America and Central America are already in development as IHM builds a strong team based around a passion for outstanding music, strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial spirit. The IHM core values are clear: working together, bridging gaps and, above all, celebrating house music and having fun. IHM have placed no boundaries on where their adventures will take them. IHM is an umbrella organization which will expand and evolve as new ideas and opportunities are discovered. At the center is IHM Music, the events arm of the company which has already promoted a string of successful club nights and established itself as a major force on the Canadian scene and in Central America. This is just the beginning.
