With our 51% black female shareholding, iKapa Resources (Pty) Ltd is a B-BBEE Level 2 company and “Proudly South African.” Our Team: Ms Makgoka Ramasenya, our majority Shareholder and a Director, is a qualified Chemical Engineer and holds a Project Management certificate from UNISA. She is energetic, dynamic and her drive is a perfect fit for our company. Andries Joubert, an Engineer and our Managing Director, comes with 36 years of experience in the heavy engineering and manufacturing industries, which include being the General Manager of a major turnkey ship repair company that serviced the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. Jacques Rautenbach, Director of Business Delivery, has been working in the Oil & Gas industry for 19 years with specialist sourcing, outsourcing and delivery experience worldwide.
