ALL ABOUT Founded in 2012 by Steve Broyles, IKON Construction was created to provide the region with a dependable concrete subcontractor specializing in high quality finishing operations, foundation installation, cast in place concrete, tilt-up concrete construction and pervious concrete. Steve Broyles spent 20 years managing projects for ENR top 400 contractors ranging in size from 10 Million to 90 Million dollars. It was through this experience that Steve came to realize the need for a concrete subcontractor with a focus on safety, quality, schedule and customer service. FOUNDATIONS IKON can provide turnkey foundation installation services from handling all rebar shop drawings, purchasing all materials, digging, forming, rebar installation, concrete pumping and placing the concrete for both slabs and elevated decks. PLACING & FINISHING IKON prides itself on the highest quality finished floors in the industry. When regional contractors are in need of super flat floors for their projects they call on IKON because they know we deliver the high FF/FL numbers that a contract requires. TILT-UP CONCRETE Much like foundations, IKON can form, tie rebar, set embeds, place/finish concrete and erect your tilt-up panels with the quality control necessary to make sure your project stays on schedule. CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE IKON also also specializes in cast-in-place concrete projects. We have extensive experience with many forming systems to evaluate your project and recommend the best means and methods to form, install reinforcing and embeds, and pour the concrete for your project. Whether it's cast-in-place decks, walls, columns, podiums, high-rises, enclosures, etc., we have you covered.
