Our strengths: • Quality over all: total respect of the original recipe like home-made foods • Quality standards and compliance as per international food safety ertifications • Our group includes a gastronomy shop and a bistrot in the historical town of Vicenza • Flexibility: we adapt our recipe upon your taste; we can also mark with private label. We supply Large-Scale Retailer-Trade, HO.RE.CA. and Normal Trade. We are partners of important and international retail groups such as Selex, Auchan and Carrefour. READY MEALS: the original recipe! The typical Lasagna alla Bolognese, fresh or frozen, is our bestseller. But in our catalogue you can find: Lasagne in different tastes, Cannelloni, Crepes, etc. Our typical regional plate like Baccalà Vicenza style won the gold medal in 2013 at the International Taste and Quality Institute of Bruxelles. The same award in 2017 for the Roastbeef and QUALITY STANDARS Our accurate selection of raw local Italian ingredients incoming. The same control is during the production stages and on the final products. Currently we are ISO 22.000 and HACCP safety compliances.
