Founded in 2015 in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood, il porcellino salumi has grown into an award-winning Salumeria. Our desire to share quality cured meat beyond Denver brought us to found our wholesale division in 2018 in Basalt, CO. We use the best heritage breed pork and finest spices to naturally cure our products in small batches. Our handcrafted process may take longer but our products taste better. Our production facility is situated in the mountains of Colorado near Aspen which gives our all natural charcuterie its own unique and special flavor. We utilize old world techniques with new world flavors. Reach out for samples for your retail store or distribution company!
