We are a local property development business with expertise in renovating and converting buildings which have fallen into disrepair or require modernising. As a team of three, Rob Ravilious, Will Dunne and Jemma Dunne, we work hard to inject new life and ideas through stylish yet practical design and planning. This predominantly includes rejuvenating properties throughout Norfolk’s countryside, its villages and seaside towns. These include picturesque Holt, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and surroundings areas. With backgrounds in engineering matched with house renovation, the team creates beautiful new homes without losing the architectural relevance and history of idyllic North Norfolk. Rob and Will are both experienced property developers. Rob recently became a local resident, moving to Holt in 2019. Whereas Will has lived in North Norfolk for most of his life. Rob has used a similar approach renovating multi-properties in the North West of England and Wales. Whereas Will and Jemma have successfully poured their heart and soul into individual projects in North Norfolk. Now, as joint owners the business will benefit substantially from our combined skills and experience! As a local business, we are acutely aware of the advantages of working with independent local building firms and specialist suppliers. By doing so we can contribute to the local economy as well as work with business partners who have the same understanding and passion for the area. Ilex Homes specialises in making solid and sound investments, funded primarily by our own and private investors’ finances and secondly through institutional lending. We project manage all our developments, and simultaneously manage the main contractors and suppliers while keeping tight reigns on project timeframes and budgets. Our drive is to provide high-quality homes and excellent return for our private investors, which in-turn we believe will always result in a sustainable business for Ilex homes.
