We created this organization to bring together the various Asian communities in order to promote diversity and inclusion in the civil engineering industry. Our goals are to provide mentorship, education, scholarships as well as networking opportunities for students, professionals and businesses. IAACE will be a platform to advocate for policies that support equal access and opportunities for Asian Americans (businesses) in civil engineering.
