About Illinois Craft Distillers Association

The Illinois Craft Distillers Association was formed in 2013 by, and for, distilleries operating in the State of Illinois under a Class IX Craft Distiller license as defined in the Illinois Liquor Control Act. We are a private and voluntary organization, operated exclusively for non-profit purposes as a trade association and business league to: promote the common interests of our members; advance and improve the business and regulatory environments for our members; promote public understanding and to educate the public about craft distilling; and facilitate training, education, and research in the craft distilling field We have several committees working on initiatives important to our members, and will be launching several new initiatives in 2017.
