About Illuminate Therapy & Wellness
Illuminate Therapy & Wellness strives to provide quality mental health counseling to individuals, couples, families and groups, in an integrative treatment setting that promotes optimal well-being for the mind, body and soul. All psychological services will be delivered with skill, integrity, focus, authenticity, warmth and professionalism to help our clients reach their unique, and fullest potential. With a combined 40 years of experience and after working in multiple types of mental health settings, founders Greta Nielsen and Ana Stefaniuk have developed a breadth of knowledge and relevant skills designed to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals and find their purpose. Our practice began forming over a shared desire to create a comprehensive care model for clients and our community. We found ourselves drawn to, and passionate about, holistic and integrative mental health care. With much enthusiasm, we set off to build our practice: an innovative model rooted in quality and all-inclusive mental health. We followed our vision and co-founded Illuminate Therapy & Wellness (IT&W), a practice dedicated to providing extensive and dynamic care that focuses on whole mind, body, and soul wellness. We are proud to have built a practice that is passionate and highly motivated to help and empower individuals and groups of all ages within our community. At IT&W, we are driven by staying involved in every step of the process, developing close relationships with our clients and our community, and respecting our care philosophy. Our best work is influenced by our diverse experiences, established expertise, and eagerness to help those in need of support, encouragement, and growth. We are humbled and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others everyday. We take great pride and honor in providing guidance by lighting a path and participating in the journey of our clients’ wellness.
