A proud supporter of JUSTICE40 INITIATIVE, as a company we focus our attention in lower to medium income communities, educating its residents regarding available federal and state programs. We thoroughly review the available programs, the guidelines for each of them, the benefits and incentives that they can take advantage of, if they qualify. We are their every step of the way, from submitting applications, managing their projects. Also, using our vast network of companies and contractors to ensure that things get done the right way. As a trusted community partner, we bring vital information right to your doorstep. We don’t just talk about bringing about change, we are a part of the solution. Our community agents are trained to listen to what the residents true needs are. Once their issue has been identified, we can now pinpoint the specific program that can facilitate the solution to their issue. Especially in this economy, we can all mostly use a little assistance, not to mention most of these programs are funded by the taxes we all pay. We also assist the local solar farms in a few states with their process of filling the available subscriptions by bringing awareness to the local residents about this alternative to rooftop solar, available to both renters and homeowners. Highlighted by the up to 20% discount on their monthly electric bill and on how they can make their mark in protecting the environment, while saving a little money. We have already assisted many residents in at least 8 States and the District of Columbia (DC), with things ranging from roof repairs and replacement, insulation , window replacement, home improvement, rooftop solar projects, energy efficiency programs and MPU upgrades.
