About Illumino Counseling

We specialize in working with adolescents (12-18) and young adults (18-39). We also specialize in working with individuals dealing with Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD, but have experience working with a variety of other diagnoses. We have a holistic approach to counseling, which is rooted in the understanding that mental health is a reflection of the whole person. Our personal holistic approach works to incorporate Christian teachings, philosophical understandings, psychological theories and analyses, and an understanding of the biological structure of men and women. We believe that routine and multi-dimensional self-care, associated with each component of our holistic view, is fundamental for the protection and maintaining of the individual’s emotional well-being. We strive to teach Balance in routine as a way to cultivate Hope and true Belonging. Our goal is to help you develop a lifestyle that is person-centered, values-guided, and that ultimately allows you to flourish. Our hope is that this will allow you to become a witness to the importance of mental health which will also allow you to touch the lives of others through your own healing journey.
