About ILR Women's Caucus

The purpose of the ILR Women’s Caucus (ILRWC) is to work towards gender equality. Our goal is to expand the conversation for all about gender issues not only within the workplace, but to push overall for the progress towards a gender inclusive and equal society. The Caucus aims to empower women—both inside and outside the membership—largely through professional development opportunities, community outreach, and philanthropic and advocacy initiatives. With emphases on inclusivity and intersectional feminism, the ILRWC welcomes all Cornell students, regardless of gender, identities, and/or major, to participate in our organization.
