Ilze's Chocolate is an Artisan Chocolatier, producing a wide range of high quality chocolates and macaroons for a discerning market. We believe passionately that we should strive to offer you three things and by those you should judge us: The first of these three things you will experience with your eyes. If you visit our website or one of our markets, you will experience that you enjoy choice foods as much with your eyes as with your taste buds. And that is why our chocolates are crafted carefully to dazzle and shine, without trying to overwhelm you; - because you still need to experience the taste! And when you try our chocolates you will realise that underneath the pretty look there is a heart of purity: we don't use preservatives or other unnatural ingredients, so our flavours are vibrant and real. We said that we want to offer three things and we have so far mentioned the look and the taste of our chocolates; so what is the third element of the package? This is the hardest to do: friendship. We don't want to be a "supplier" to you any more than you want to be simply our "customer". We want to make friends, because friends you can trust. And friends care about you. And if things go wrong, we can fix them between friends. But don't take our word for it, come and taste our chocolates at one of the farmers markets that we attend.
