About IMAGO Training

IMAGO Training are unique. We are a service-user led company, that specialises in providing high quality, bespoke Mental Health awareness, skills and knowledge training. Our Facilitators are all 'Experts by Experience' which means we have extensive, personal, ‘lived experience’ of Mental Health disorders. We facilitate our own specially developed training, drawing upon which approaches have been the most effective with us throughout our recoveries. Our training will equip you with knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively with people who have poor Mental Health. Our Courses; • ASK Essential – One-day course covering the spectrum of Mental Health Disorders, an introduction to mindfulness and an essential skills toolkit. • ASK Expert – Three-day course giving a comprehensive view of poor Mental Health, mindfulness, emotional self-awareness and a comprehensive skills toolkit. • ASK Healthy Workplace – Half Day course to support positive mental well-being within the workplace, maximising employee attendance, motivation and engagement. • ASK Personal – Half Day course specifically designed for families, friends, carers and service users to increase understanding of diagnoses and promote routes to recovery. • ASK Half Days - in Personality Disorder (PD), Depression & Anxiety, Self-injury, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Schizoaffective Disorder, managing stress and mindfulness.
