We handle sales and support for innovative life science product and service manufacturers. With a combination of equipment, reagents, kits, and custom services, we always have a cutting-edge product for the research scientist. Our current territory is NY south to VA. We visit all the major academic, government, and industrial accounts routinely. Imgen has been in business for over 25 years and we have developed a very deep understanding of our customer base. Through the combination of the companies that we represent and our history, we have excellent penetration into accounts. Our marketing includes service visits, product demonstrations, cold calling, local product shows, mailbox stuffing, emails, and telephone campaigns. A key to our success has been a small but effective portfolio of companies to represent. We have been the #1 rep group for a number of years for many of our vendors. We pride ourselves on developing good long-term relationships with our customers and our vendors. Each and every vendor should feel that we are their employees working in the field as their first line of contact with the customer. We constantly strive to stay technically superior. We learn our products inside and out and are able to operate in the territory without much help from the vendors.
