Immunity is complicated. Immfinity lets our partners see clearly. We use our T cell epitope sequencing (Tope-seq) system to discover T cell receptor antigens and decode reactivity. This means de-risking and accelerating early development in TCR-based therapeutics and epitope-coding vaccines to prevent catastrophic failures in the clinic and make sure resources go towards advancing only the best medicines. Our technology is based on real cells. We do functional assays based on directly testing millions of T cell epitopes simultaneously. No guesswork. At Immfinity, we put our assay systems and cell platforms to work by: 1) Profiling off-target autoreactivity to enable TCR and vaccine engineering with confidence. 2) Using epitope libraries made from whole pathogen genomes, personalized neoantigen panels, or other sets of high-value targets to mine the natural richness of the immune system instead of committing to just one target.
