About Immigrant and Family Health, (I.F. Health)
The mission of Immigrant and Family Health (I.F. Health) is to overcome barriers to quality health within immigrant communities and promote healthy lifestyles for all families. I.F. Health believes that knowledge is power and, as such, we also host programs where families and immigrants will be able to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle and become more aware of their health status and resources in the community, increasing access to care. We provide health education to children through partnerships with local schools. We also provide BMI/BP screening, along with health management information and community resources for care, to various immigrant communities. At I.F. Health we believe that prevention and awareness is the first step to a healthier life.
