Triple IC, a Canadian-based non-profit organization, is the country's first immigrant-led and immigrant-focused entrepreneurial and early-stage business incubator/accelerator. Our mission is to empower immigrant entrepreneurs, change-makers, and community impact agents to turn their creative ideas into functional businesses. Designed to promote innovation and diversity in the Canadian startup ecosystem, our goal is to ensure that all diverse communities are equally represented, a crucial aspect of Canada's economic growth. At Triple IC, we foster a community where immigrant and Canadian-born entrepreneurs can connect and build supportive relationships. We believe Canada has a vast pool of dormant immigrant talent and entrepreneurial potential. By providing immigrant entrepreneurs with equal opportunities, we can unlock new possibilities for exponential economic growth. Our bottom-up approach, using strategically designed programs to empower socially marginalized immigrant entrepreneurs, places Canada at the forefront of the developed world. Triple IC was founded to address the barriers new immigrants face when starting a business and to increase their contributions to the Canadian startup ecosystem. We strive to be a beacon of hope for immigrant entrepreneurs across Ontario and Canada, supporting and launching successful immigrant-founded businesses, creating jobs, and contributing to the economy. Additionally, we aim to attract more immigrant entrepreneurs to Canada, positioning the country as a top destination for global entrepreneurship. Our “Accubator” model combines a standard outreach approach that recruits and assists immigrant entrepreneurs with an internal model designed to generate original ideas.
