BUSINESS IMMIGRATION We provide legal representation in obtaining work visas and permanent residence (“green cards”) for foreign born professionals seeking employment in the field of information technology, education, healthcare, research, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, architecture and other areas. Our scope of business immigration services includes, but is not limited to: H-1B, L-1, O-1, T; PERM Labor Certifications; EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 Immigrant Visas. IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE We provide assistance to U.S. employers seeking to ensure that their hiring and employment practices comply with immigration regulations related to the hiring of foreign nationals.
