About Impact Moldova

Since 2021, we aim to improve education access and career opportunities for pupils and students, including those from underserved communities from the Republic of Moldova. Through a symphony of educational and social initiatives like impactful discussions and workshops, mentorships and financial aid, we aim to foster determination and professional development in those who are going to become leaders of tomorrow. Programs: 1) Mentorship - we establish mentorship initiatives that connect experienced professionals with young individuals. Mentors can guide students in various fields, provide career advice, and foster personal growth. We collaborate with schools, universities, and local businesses to create mentorship networks. We encourage mentor-mentee relationships that focus on academic, personal, and professional development. 2) Financial Aid - we develop scholarship programs to support students with low-income backgrounds. These funds can cover tuition fees, textbooks, and other educational expenses. We partner with corporations & individuals to secure funding for scholarships. We ensure transparency in the selection process and prioritise students with demonstrated financial need and motivation. 3) Educational Podcasts - we launched an educational podcast initiative aiming to inform, inspire and educate young individuals through stories and experiences shared by successful personalities across various fields. We aim to foster lifelong learning by cultivating a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. 4) Digital courses & workshops - we deliver workshops & online webinars to equip young individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in their academic pursuits and future careers. 5) Impactful events - we create vibrant community events where professionals, entrepreneurs and young people engage in genuine conversations, share stories, and build lasting relationships.
