About Impact Training Center

Impact Publications, Inc. is the parent company of Impact Training Center. Established in 1997, it is a leading provider of practical educational information and hands-on training for the social service professionals that we serve. Impact's initial ventures were newsletters for professionals in the supported employment and employee assistance fields. Each newsletter includes contributors with in-depth knowledge that assists our readers in their profession. In order to meet the changing needs of customers, Impact has evolved from strictly a publishing company to providing numerous training services. Our focus is continuing education (CE) trainings, which we have been offering for 11+ years. We started with a CE training for foster parents, and have expanded into CE trainings for child care providers and caregivers who assist seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities in small family-run homes. It is Impact's mission to also develop new products and services to meet changing training requirements and different needs of our customers in each field.
