We will seek to solve funding gaps in transformational projects, and help unlock critical investment to drive climate transition and address inequality. ImpactA Global seeks to provide bespoke private debt solutions for high impact infrastructure projects. Our approach is catalytic in nature and helps mobilise other well-established sources of funding such as development finance institutions, export credit agencies, and traditional lenders. Our proposed partnerships result in meaningful risk mitigation across the capital structure and lower credit risk as a result, allowing ImpactA to operate successfully and generate impact in more challenging markets. ImpactA Global firmly believes that closing the infrastructure gap is key to maintain economic growth and reduce income inequality and, as such, is a multiplier for positive impact.
