QIARK is the digital co-creation, research technology, facilitating research into the developing state-of-the-art sciences and art of collective and collaborative intelligence, and developing data-to-smart data methodologies. QIARK is an agile, hybrid, cognitive and digital architecture designed to facilitate, infinitely flexible, hyper-connectivity between people, also exemplifying our role as highly effective research partners and facilitators, in the emerging sciences of deliberative Democracy, Digital Anthropology, System’s Design, and Intelligence Engineering by facilitating both the art and science of thinking independently, together, quickly and at any scale. A bounded rationality and knowledge solution, capable of working at speed, to amplify the intelligence and judgment capacity of people, collectively and collaboratively, to achieve rational consensus, without compromise or bias. This is the theory of so called ‘super intelligence,’ or ‘super mindedness’ but made real as a practical every-day application for everyone, and at a time when sustainability requires us all to make good decisions, for an increasingly uncertain future, and in the cause of Green Transition. A World first, - QIARK and our developing, community-based research sciences, provide a system that easily harnesses levels of evaluated, diagnostic and predictive reasoning, impossible for other, technology enabled systems. Capable of being used for day to day strategic insights, and planning - but also for the high-speed building of the most complex risk modelling, Bayesian idiom-level, and causal networks - providing an accessible co-production link between, Researchers and Civic Staff. We have a pending patent filed in the US, which will also allow us to continue the development of QIARK as data-to-Smart Data research solution.
