About Imperium Electronics
Imperium Electronics was founded on the principle of innovation made simple. As large corporations pushed millions of dollars into smart-home security technology geared towards home owners, we noticed some flaws in their approach. These sophisticated pieces of equipment produced by tech giants were expensive, gimmicky, and even unreliable at times. With that in mind, Imperium Electronics developed Sabrelock. It's simple yet dynamic design allows Sabrelock to fit over nearly any common deadbolt lock on your home. Whereas most “smart security” locks operate through an app on your phone, Sabrelock operates via a key fob no larger than the one you use to open your car. And while some security products allow you to send access codes to family and friends so they too may enter your home, each Sabrelock comes available with multiple fobs. This way, the family is never locked out. As history has demonstrated time and again, technology is vulnerable to both attack and poor performance. Updates, security flaws, and hardware bugs are just a few of the many problems people face when they buy into these products. That’s not an issue with Sabrelock. Using encrypted radio signals, our technology is less prone to bugs and hacks than most of the home security technology on the market today. But it is far more secure than the deadbolt lock you can purchase at your local hardware store. Some front door locks can be picked in seconds, and others are vulnerable to cyber threats and inconsistent updates. We take pride in ensuring your home, and the possessions behind your front door, are safe and sound. At Imperium Electronics, we think you deserve more peace of mind.
