IMPERO PIZZA & NATURA combines craftsmanship, tradition and freedom. The roots of our joint venture concept can be found in Verona, where we served the first pizza in 1962. Pizza is our passion, just like our doughs, which are pure craftsmanship. Our doughs are made with our two sourdoughs, (Lievito madre) which we develop by ourselves and care for on a daily basis. What's special: our guests can choose between a classic grain dough, an organic spelled dough or a gluten-free dough. Today we run six gastronomic concepts in Verona, including an artisanal Gelateria and five restaurants. IMPERO PIZZA & NATURA combines the essence of all gastronomic concepts and is now being launched as an innovative joint venture concept.
