About ImPower social impact projects
ImPower helpt mensen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen (empowerment) en brengt mensen en bedrijven bij elkaar. Op deze manier hebben wij de afgelopen 12 jaar al vele honderden werkzoekenden die een steuntje in de rug nodig hadden aan een mooie baan geholpen. Tot groot genoegen van deze mensen én het bedrijf waar ze nu werken! Ons succes is gebaseerd op vier pilaren: Ons eerste 'geheim' is dat we dicht bij de mensen staan: we werken met peercoaches die niet alleen goed opgeleid zijn, ze kennen de weerbarstige wereld ook uit eigen praktijk. Wat jouw achtergrond ook is, bij ImPower vind je een coach die je wereld kent. De tweede pilaar is dat we geen mensen 'bemiddelen' (we zijn geen uitzendbureau) maar mensen helpen ontwikkelen. Daar hoort ook bij dat we je heel concreet naar werk of opleiding toe coachen. Iedereen die bij ImPower binnen stapt, komt sterker naar buiten. Weer een andere pilaar vormen de sociale projecten. In Amsterdam geeft bijvoorbeeld een enthousiast team huis aan huis advies over energiebesparing. Een win/win situatie voor klimaat, arbeidsmarkt en de strijd tegen energiearmoede. Ons laatste 'geheim' is dat we een ondernemende club zijn met roots in het bedrijfsleven. We hebben stevige kennis van zaken over ontwikkeling van mensen en over publiek-private samenwerking. ImPower is actief in Amsterdam en Rotterdam, Arnhem is in ontwikkeling. We staan open voor uitbreiding naar andere gemeenten.
