Not only do we teach dance, we apply principles of dance, stretching, nutrition and mental relaxation. This aids the well-being of all age groups by increasing their stamina, flexibility, core strength and overall fitness. Improvement thru Movement dance studio will provide students with an opportunity to perform. We do not participate in recitals or competitions. Our school is very warm and inviting, with instructors that are not only top-notch, they love what they do; teaching. We have a beautiful studio with custom hand made bars and a professional, body friendly spring floor, fitted with a non-slip dance surface. We are located in Bethel Park, on Rt. 88, (between Logan Road and Brightwood Road), on the first floor of the Bethel Park Chiropractic Clinic Building. Plenty of private parking right outside our door. Along with the lovely view, you will experience a sense of peace as you leave the traffic and stress of your day behind. It’s a wonderful place for children and adults to study in a safe, healthy and happy environment.
