I support parents with their children's sleep and behaviour with an emphasis on Emotional wellbeing and family connection. I work with babies and children 0-7 years. I can support virtually and face to face. I am launching an online training platform for parents on a range of topics from November 2022. These will include self directed courses, Live Workshops, Short Webinars and Live Q&A sessions for parents and carers. My philosophy is the belief that babies and children thrive when they feel secure and safe. Responsive parenting allows parents/carers to guide and be present in whatever way their child needs in a given moment. It does not mean children are free to do whatever they want but instead boundaries and expectations are clear, age and developmentally appropriate and where problems are solved together as parent and child. I believe that the courses I offer will help parents further in building their confidence to practice Gentle Parenting styles. I am also keen to establish connections with businesses who would like to offer their employees the opportunity to receive support in a financially affordable way on areas such as Sleep, Behaviour, Weaning, Preparing for a new baby, Preparing to Return to Work as well as other topics appropriate for this age group. Offering this early intervention means employees are less tired, less stressed and more fulfilled in their roles as parents which in turn makes for more efficient members of a team when they are at work. I also work with the London School of Childcare Studies, tutoring and supporting students who are studying to be Non Medical Maternity Nurses and Sleep Consultants.
