Our approach is to provide tools, space and engagement for employees to process stress, build resilience, and find moments of peace. Reducing workplace burnout, enhancing emotional wellbeing, and building a thriving, compassionate workplace as a collective unit “Moments Café” - hosts and runs experiences, Group Sessions, networking gatherings and support workshops.
