IN-TOL CNC Machining is committed to producing high quality, dimensionally sound machined products at competitive rates while offering fast turnaround times and professional friendly service. We have been in the CNC machining business for over 19 years, using positional and full simultaneous 5-axis technology for over 14 years. Our background is tool & die, and checking/ holding fixtures. This allows us to machine components with knowledge of how they will be used and/or interact with other components; ie, we often catch design flaws before we machine the part, potentially saving customers time and money. Our technology, coupled with our expertise allows us to fixture and machine incredibly complex components, ranging from very small to quite large (1 meter of spindle travel). We work with a multitude of materials ranging from mild steel to brass to exotics such as Torlon PAI. We have excellent quality and conformance standards in place and have proudly earned our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
