We all know that's complete bull sh*t, and far from how things actually play out. It's because we are told a lie. We are taught to think that achievement equates to fulfillment which could be further from the truth. So why is that? Well, it's pretty simple actually... We make the title of CEO, business owner, founder etc. the end all be all of who we are. We identify with one small aspect of ourselves instead of the whole picture. Therefore, as we build, as we grow, we let the other parts of ourselves die. Our health takes the backseat, our relationships get strained, our friendships become co-dependent, our sleep gets deemed unnecessary and we loose touch with who we are the core. So we come to a point where we have the "success", the money, the ego hit and no energy, excitement or passion to actually enjoy it. So we buy sh*t, we start another business, we spend our hard earned capital on all the things in hopes of finding out who we are. And the kicker... All of this is subconscious.
