About Incendiary Brewing
Founded by Brandon Branscome and John Bacon, Incendiary Brewing Company opened its doors in downtown Winston-Salem in 2018 and quickly built a reputation around its IPAs, stouts, and unique outdoor space, the Coalpit. With humble beginnings as homebrewers in college, founders Branscome and Bacon honed their craft and ignited their passion for beer, ultimately winning 1st place in the IPA Category of the Masters Championship of Amateur Brewing in 2016. And so, the idea of Incendiary Brewing Company was born. Today, Incendiary has expanded into many beer categories with great success, including World Beer Cup gold medal-winning Schwarzbier and Brown Porter, and a silver medal-winning Italian Pilsner. Incendiary opened its second production location and taproom in Lewisville, NC in 2022 and opened its taproom in Raleigh, NC in 2023. Now, in 2025, a Greensboro, NC taproom is opening in late spring.
