I specialise in mortgage administration, working closely with mortgage brokers and helping reduce their stress by supporting them with everything after the mortgage has been submitted. Having been an administrative assistant for the past 6 years in the mortgage sector this gives me the knowledge and expertise to ease your stresses allowing you to spend more time directly with clients making me the perfect person for you. I would handle all admin tasks such as keeping a detailed spreadsheet of all active cases and keep this updated with where we were in the process of the application, I would speak with the lenders to ascertain what information is needed and timescales they are working to, saving all documents in their own file detailed correctly, upload onto the compliance portal and make sure all cases were fully compliant. Additionally, I would send out all mortgage offers, arrange any amendments to the cases where needed, keep all clients and brokers updated on the case progress and also task for when the mortgage was due for renewal in the future. This would all be done to a high standard and would give you the peace of mind that everything would be done efficiently and on time.
