Our Mission Inclusive Healers of the Heartland makes healthcare fair and respectful for everyone. We train providers to understand different cultures, support diverse caregivers, build leaders from all backgrounds, and work closely with our communities. Our Vision IHHI’s vision is to increase community visibility of licensed multicultural educators and to disseminate knowledge around culturally informed care. Why We Are Different IHHI was created from the personal experiences of each of the IHHI founders. As licensed BIPOC therapists, IHHI’s founders encountered community challenges, lack of culturally informed care, and a shortage of culturally specific trainings. From these experiences, IHHI was created to help shift the narrative to the needs of diverse clients and providers.
